Owners.com will rebate half of its commission to buyers who use Owners.com to purchase a home in select states - returning up to 1.5% of the purchase price and putting thousands of dollars back in home buyers' pockets.ⁱⁱ Home sellers using Owners.com will continue to have access to MLS listings for a low, fixed fee - saving approximately 3% on the sale of their homes.
